Creating Comfortable Feeling Spaces With A Small Environmental Footprint

By Certified Energy's Specialist Team

The Project

This project is a beautifully-designed, living space with cutting-edge environmental features that met BASIX (the NSW Government's Building Sustainability Index) and NatHERS (The Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme) requirements – long before it went into effect. This project demonstrates how a dual occupancy can be designed with the environment in mind, providing better living standards and value for residents. It is integrated with the sloping land in split-level form to use the site most efficiently and create generous feeling spaces.

The Services

Certified Energy provided with the client a suite of consultancy services involving BASIX, NatHERS and Thermal Comfort Simulation. Our professionals ensured maximum savings and minimum energy use, thereby allowing for cost effective yet sustainable solutions.
