• 24 or 48 hour turnaround for BASIX and Section J Reports applies from time when agreed quote is sent to client. 48  hour turnaround refers to business days only. For example, if quote is agreed to on Friday at 12pm, Certified Energy will have your job completed by the following Tuesday at 12pm.
• 24 or 48 Hour special for Section J Report applies to dwellings a maximum size of 1 storeys high and with no more than 20 windows within the dwelling. 

• It's on our time or it's free*
  • After the initial quotation and subsequent consultation, our team of professional Building Consultants and Engineers will let you know of their timeframe. We pride ourselves on our efficiency and if we can't meet the timeframe, our work is free. 
  • In consultation with you, an agreed timeframe is set that we stick to closely. We will also give you regular updates so that you can remain confident of our progress at every step
