The Residential Efficiency Scorecard was developed from the initial Government initiative from The Victorian Residential Efficiency Scorecard. It is a program conducted by the Victorian State Government, the purpose of this unique program is to provide homeowners with an energy star rating for their house. It is commonly referred to as the 'Scorecard'.

The Victorian Residential Efficiency Scorecard or commonly referred to as the Scorecard is an Australia first program conducted by Victoria, which was run during 2019-2020.
